We have been diligently collecting results from across the country in order to keep up with the standings of all 3 divisions across Australia. Pokemon.com has now published the official leaderboards for the 2024-25 Season and that should be your first source of truth for all information related to the standings in Oceania. We will still be managing our own leaderboards and posting results of as many events that we can find information for in the future, however we are going to be adding a 2nd section to our standings and results that will provide more value to our competitors and spectators than is currently available through the leaderboards.
With that in mind, are excited to be sharing BFLs for all our Australian players across all 3 divisions. As you may be aware, there are Best Finish Limits in each event category for the season. Currently there have only been cups and challenges available for earning points, and the BFL for each of those is 4. If you want to know more about how BFLs work, you can head to the Championship Points page of our 24-25. Season Info and learn more.
To view the most up to date BFL tables for each division, you can click the links below. These links will also be available from now until the end of the season on our Standings & Results page.
As the season progresses, these BFLs will become extremely important with players working towards their goal of finishing in the Top 20 for Masters and the Top 10 for Seniors and Juniors to earn their Worlds invite. We will aim to provide as much information as we can!
We are also introducing the player of the month award, where we try and recognise one player from Australia that has performed above and beyond for that month.
It was a very tight call to determine the first player of the month, with multiple players posting strong results in July, but there was one player who stood out above the rest…
For our very first Player Of The Month award in the month of July, 2024 we are excited to honor Nathan Spry!
Nathan is a Masters competitor from NSW, who has finished the month of July in 1st place in the standings in Oceania with 151 CP!
Piloting his Regidrago deck to a League Cup win as well as several strong finishes in the Cups and Challenges held in NSW last month, Nathan has proven himself to be a force in the local scene and a contender for the rest of the 24-25 Season!
